How the retreat works
This retreat uses the body as the starting point. Because when the body feels safe, the mind softens and clarity follows.
You’ll be guided through:
Fascia-flow yoga and somatic movement
Nervous system regulation practices
Embodiment and presence-based work
Guided reflection and journaling
Spacious time to rest, integrate, and process
There’s no pressure to share. No expectation to perform. Everything is invitational.


About your facilitator
Everything I teach is learnt from training but also and more importantly from my own lived experience and transformation
I work with women who feel disconnected from themselves after big life changes.
My approach blends fascia-focused yoga, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and lived experience.
I don’t believe in forcing clarity or pushing people into decisions. I believe clarity comes when the body feels safe enough to tell the truth.
You’ll be held in a grounded, calm, and supportive space — without judgement or pressure
